BEWARE OF LUMBER LIQUIDATORS!!!!!

Our experience with Lumber Liquidators has been a complete nightmare...the only thing worse than their defective hardwood products is their defective customer service and unbelievably unfair and very frustrating claims/refunds/return policies, which have already taken us almost a month with no results at all yet. In fact, they have transferred our file to the legal department, where nobody returns our calls or emails. They have our money, but have stopped taking our calls!!! Do your research before givinug them a penny of your hard-earned money!
